Billy's Lounge is a good spot, diverse crowd (age, race) and friendly with great bar and dancing. Depends on band/dj on Fri/Sat as to vibe, but best spot we've found in GR.

AC Hotel bar also has great vibe with DJ and active scene of interesting, stylish people. Z's is open late (a rarity in GR these days) and attracts a cross section of people around the massive 1980s bar.
