I like many of his ideas but am nervous about expanded government influence into our lives. I like low taxes, less government, no one from the Republican side is even talking about these issues however, and I don't believe they are serious about less government and haven't been for decades.

I agree. That's the part of the issue I have with today's republicans. Both parties have the same end game goal in mind. Big government has become big business for most, if not all the politicians. The people are now simple pawns in their little games. In the words on Mike Pence, ... If you are not corrupt going into politics, you soon will be or you won't be in politics... .

Time for fresh meet. The government isn't going to impose term restrictions, but we can. Just think of the shake up the government would have if suddenly no one in the house or senate has been there for more than 4 years. We can vote them out and impose our own term limits.

Bernie is a socialist. I don't think we need another Venezuela, like some communist countries out there. Never judge anyone for what they say, rather hold by them by their actions. Actions speaks louder than words.

If you hate, disagree and never like anyone, no matter what they/he/she says or does, then the problem is no longer he/she/them, but it's YOU.

Obama was the President with the highest "cool" factor. He was young, hip, urbane and Black. There is video of Obama on AF1 with his foot up on a chair and legs spread, so that tittering white girl journalists could go all tingly at the sight of his bulge...and boy do they. These were the female journalists with AF1 access, and who shape female opinion in the news.

Then there was Joe Biden speaking at NYU in 2012. He told an audience of largely white girl students "I promise you, the president has a big stick!" This was of course a perfectly innocent...and perfectly calculated reference to Big Black Cock -- to white girls voting in their first election.

My point is that women are about 54% of the electorate and single white girls are a voting block that can swing elections. How do you win that voting block? You dazzle them with a hot Black man and for good measure, you verbally smack them in the face with his Black cock.

During the Obama years; Old-White-and-Male was "eeeeewww!" for white girl voters (and many hipster whitebois as well). Now that we've established the ideal Black candidate model, who comes along.......Bernie! As Old-White-and-Male as anyone could possibly get.

To be fair Bernie is an outsider, a rogue democrat. But he threw a Molotov in the last election and if dems don't get their feces assimilated, they're going to implode again.

I almost forgot the most important appeal Obama had for single white girls. His momma was a snow bunny. Educated single white girls largely consider themselves snow bunnies or sympathizers.

So the attacks on Obama's birth place and parentage were taken as an outrage by all snow bunnies personally. They served as a motivator to bring even more white girls into the Dems tent. Even married moms will rally around a single mom who comes under criticism from men.

This perfect demographic appeal helps explain why a no-name rookie was chosen as the Dems candidate.
