I also want to point out, you can show up with days old STI test and it's only as accurate as the moment it was taken, because so and so could've barebacked a rando after the test. And with HIV tests, the window period is 3 - 6 months.

I’m not suggesting anyone be like me but whether I go raw with someone, even if we just met, is determined by our interactions, chemistry and overall vibe. That statement is very untrue and irresponsible. Bacterial STIs can be treated but can also cause irreversible harm if not treated in time. Viral STDs you have to live with forever and some could shorten your life by quite a bit. Most people don't even know they have an STI. Go look at the CDC statistics and see for yourself how fast the infection rates are increasing in the US. About half of sexually active teens and young adults will get an STI before their 25th birthday. Reported STDs in the U.S. reach all-time high for 6th consecutive year. You could have found what I wrote here in less than 2 minutes. Also, go to the WHO website and look at their statistics. It is very concerning.
