I agree with you on that one, a bull who's not prepared to teach or train the boyfriend och husband is just a random guy fucking your wife.
It's hard to generalize and say what and how a training session would be done with a couple or be done 1on1 with the woman and with the man, see it as an individual training program as well as a three-party interaction, specialized from the wants and needs of both parties of the couple.
For me it all comes down to trust between me and the couple wanting to get trained, some are completely new to the idea and need more guidance and time while others more or less want the crash course.
