I tend to agree, if just for the reason if it doesn't go well, you have to work in the same workplace. My workplace is about 400 people, and while others have dabbled in that, I have specifically avoided it.

I've had fun with a co-worker, we worked in different departments within the same company. It can be a fun way to increase morale, but be careful.
I have never played with a fellow employee, I keep this LS completely separate from my professional life.

The risk is greater for the man than the woman, because men are dogs, who will fuck anything and then leave, but what happens when you want to break off the affair and he doesn't?
