He has a right to approach her in my opinion. Any relationship should be consensual between the white woman and the black man but approaching her is his right. A white boy who has accepted things will actually be happy for his wife if this happens and will never interfere. White women also have to do their part. Many white women worry about hurting white boys. However, by not responding to a black man's advance is she not hurting him. White women need to be made to feel secure enough that they will put the black man's needs and desires first. Always.

I feel the superior-inferior thing may be missing the point. White boys fit a niche. They can and should have relationships with women but it should be in a support role. I personally do not think they should have sex with the women except for oral if asked for. Many women will need that if their black boyfriend is not available.
