It all depends on if she is familiar with watching (other types of) porn already. If not, i would start off with "conventional" movies and series before moving on to porn. There`s a thread with some good suggestions. Maybe dig into that at "In the movies". See how your lady responds to the "IR" romantic or sex scenes. Make comments about the couple in the movie or episode, how good they look together, or how hot a particular scene is, especially when it is a sex scene. Ask if your wife/gf agrees and see how she reacts.
As for the porn... For my girlfriend and me it had worked to go to a porn tube site and alternately select scenes that looked stimulating judging from the preview images. First i selected a scene and then i told her now it was her turn to select one. - It is also a good way to find out about your lady`s porn preferences and likes.
Note that many women not acquainted with porn will object at first, because it is kinda expected that men watch it because of the stimulation they get out of watching the women in the porn flicks, so there may be some jealousy and questions like "Does my man need another woman to stimulate him?", "Am I not enough?". When i brought up porn it was kinda easy for us, because my gf already had watched it before, on her own.
