Statutory remedies may be untenable presently, but the continued denigration and emasculation of white males in society and culture is softening up the electorate for that possibility. Consider one of my favorite commercials in British media:
A somewhat doofy whiteboi is walking on a city sidewalk and catches his reflection in a first-floor apartment window. He peers closely at the glass, examining himself, when the window is suddenly raised and we see a muscular, shirtless Black man, glaring at the whiteboi. Behind the Black man, a gorgeous blonde white girl is in his bed, wearing nothing but a pulled up sheet. It's clear we are expected to believe that the whiteboi is creeping on the hot IR sex and got caught.
The whiteboi asks a stupid question about how he looks and the Black man and white girl exchange knowing smirks about idiot whitebois. The message is obvious: white girls want hot sexy Black men and are repulsed by hapless whitebois.
So what was the commercial about? Eyeglasses, the whiteboi thought his eyeglasses looked unstylish. An ad subject as bland as eyewear is infused with Black superiority and whiteboi failure. Every time whitebois see that ad, it diminishes our confidence and reinforces our fear of Black sexual dominance. Worse yet, it makes our clitties tingle ******* and we begin to see white girls as belonging to Black men.
I'm in my early 20s and so not long out of high school. Our high school principal was a very attractive white woman about 40-ish. She had a series of Black boyfriends who we'd see her with, on and off campus. This was no porno thing, she wasn't yoga hotwife Jen. But we all knew, both students and parents, that our high-profile, white female role model choose Black men...only Black men....repeatedly. In her fashion choices, she popularized the snowbunny's black lace choker, even among some of the moms.
Actually, transgenderism is being promoted strongly at all levels, especially on the college campus. It's a very organized effort that eclipses gay and lesbian efforts. Aside from a few token Blacks, trans-girls are depicted as whitebois who are much happier to be feminine.
Moreover, the official policy of the American Academy of Pediatricians is to acknowledge the self-identity of transgender as normal and support their transition. Lately, we can't even call it "transition" anymore. We must recognize that transgender people are not "transitioning", they have been trans all along. Primarily, whitebois have acted on this social approval and we have a growing epidemic of white trans-girls encouraging one another to be weak sissies.
And every white sissy emboldens white girls to choose strong and Black.
