Yes, there is a need for it. If we can have a directory of black man and where they are located.... it will be easier to spot fakes e.q you can have a couple in Buffalo looking to get black for years while there are 20 BBC in that city. When you see that you can say things are not right as if that couple was serions they would have found at least one BBC among the 20 or so BBC in Buffalo plus you cannot search people by State here.
