iDK but if i had to guess, i'd say it's gotten under attack by some misanthropic w.i.m.p.* organization which is now logging all incoming IPs to that site, following the line back to each and every visitor's home in order to implement their most devastating 'Operation B' on them. - But like i said, just a guess.

I think it might have been related to Tara Babcock. She did a JOI video on Only fans where she roleplays as a QoS and posted preview pics of herself in QoS lingerie on her Twitter page.
On qostube there's the sort of hall of fame of hotwives and twitter girls into BBC, and someone made an entry of Tara with those pictures.
She's extremely against her content being shared without her consent and has a following of weirdo obsessed fans that will do anything to please her, which usually means reporting any "copyright infringement", and that's what I think they did.
And it won't surprise you to know that those fans are definitely not interested in her with BBC (some of them threw hissy fits on Twitter when she admitted to loving BBC porn, which made her stop posting about it.
Maybe I'm just jumping to conclusions, but to me it's a plausible reason, given that it happened pretty much exactly at the same time. @mywayintermsofsex 's theory is also a good possibility.
