You'd be surprised. I've seen people post pics/vids with background photos, unique tattoos, etc. I'd even be worried about people picking up on voices. No need to go full on. Unfortunately the same is true for a forum like this as well. i`d recommend you never show face, personal tattoos, special charms, and review the background before posting (family photographs, car license plate, computer screen, etc.).
