Anyone had an experience with a photographer during a session ?

Who hired him, why and what would be your advice to a good photographer wanting to enter the community ?

My husband photos our sessions. He also has many published photos of models he worked with over the years. As for hiring him, or anyone else, to photo a session of IR sex, I just don't see the demand, frankly. However, IF that isn't enough to dissuade you from pursuing the possibility, I would say work up photos of shoots the photographer has done already - ensure you have the model's releases on file - send said portfolios to some of the GB group organizers as well as some of the profiles of people you've scanned and would like to work with them. In other words, create a demand for the services of a photographer vice a husband or idle participant from the event. If you're fortunate enough to get a response, have a price list worked up already and ensure you have signed model releases, too. Depending on any addendums to the model releases required by the "models," you now have a "stock" of photos to market. Best of luck.

Then - what would you think about offering a photography service e.g., like a photo documentary (no nude pics) - only taking pictures of the preparation, the diner, a bull+hotwife portrait etc... all of this for the cuck, who would pay for this and frame the pics on its office desk

Again, it's all in the development of the "demand" for the "service." Personally, I'd have no interest in it and I'm fairly certain my husband would have no desire to do "alternative" portraits, either. I just don't see the demand from the market for the service but I'm no expert.

As a service where you get paid for it, you might find one or two who want the document of the "fun". If you want to do this as a paying job you might want to look at the porn production side of it. Find people that you can pay for the rights to post it online and sale the picture set.

Some photographers do boudoir photography that might do something in what you are referencing. Not sure about regular photographers but most photographers will do just about anything for money. You would just probably have to make sure that it isn’t being used as pornographic reasons and just personal reasons only!
