More Interracial Media Images

I am always pleasantly surprised whenever I see steamy interracial scenes in movies. At least involving Black Men and us white women. Many of these are from quite old movies however. Also there were many "Mandingo" type novels - what I call "plantation potboilers" published in those days. I guess I'm am asking what kind of storylines and situations would this group like to see made into shows. I would like to see an episodic series with just us white women with Black Men - a wide range of true stories of seduction. I am interested in anyone's ideas but particularly value those of Black Men (and other white women).

Think of a Spike Lee film from the 80s called Jungle Fever... Really the first film to really do a realistic take on a relationship between a black man and white woman, though not what they would ALL be like.

My tastes don't really run to the porno/fantasy type. I like a measure of "realism" or "plausibility". I tend to enjoy historical but erotic movies. I saw a movie about WW2 Britain when there was a large influx of Black soldiers dating the local white women. It was about the romance between the two. There were a few erotic scenes but I would like to see a more erotic version. I love the context in these things.

There's a thread about a movie from the 1960s titled "Hot Summer In The City" (do you know it?) somewhere in here. The movie itself isn't really good but i was thinking about its potential and what a remake could be like. Or a sequel perhaps. i had some ideas about the characters but never posted them because i thought perhaps it's not the right site for that. (Most people would focus on the porn aspects.) Maybe i was wrong?

This goes to show that "going black" isn't just a modern phenomena.
