We haven't spent any time in Montego Bay, so I can't say. Hedonism is on the west coast, north of Negril, at the top of Seven Mile Beach. Lots of hotels and a cruise ship port in Montego Bay, as well as one of the two main airports, so no doubt you will find some interest there. Lovely people, very friendly and physically attractive.
