i don't believe such a movie exists to date. There are a lot of Bm+wW scenes out there these days. But one with a voyeuristic/watching husband without the story going sideways? The remake of "Cute But Ordinary" (Brazilian movie based on a famous but controversial play) has a very erotic scene in it but is a dark social drama and not a romantic movie. Plus, it may be hard to find - especially the English or any other language translated versions.

In Marvel's "Jessica Jones" (2015 - ) that aired on Netflix there are a few steamy hot scenes (first season). i can recommend it!

"The Mountain Between Us", a 2017 romantic survival drama movie starring Kate Winslet (portraying Alex Martin) and Idris Elba (portraying Ben Bass) has often been praised by critics for the leads' natural acting / high authenticity of the main characters portrayed. That's not too surprising after all, considering the actors have grown very close during the filming and were even rumored to be a couple in real life. Anyhow it looks like they have good chemistry.

The closest movie that comes to mind is another superhero movie: "Hancock" (2008). Even though it does not portray a lifestyle cuckolding situation, it is at least somewhat related to the theme.

The movie is based on a premise which is essential for the characters to even exist in their fantasy universe. It is the yin and the yang dualism and the idea that opposites attract. John and Mary belong to a multi-millenium-old race of immortal humans with superheroic powers. According to the legend those were bred in pairs - each a male and a female, black and white - with an enormous power of attraction to each other. No matter how far - and that may be galaxies - apart they may be at one point in time, sooner or later their unbreakable power of attraction will draw them together and reunite them.

If we see Hancock's story line and characters less of a fantasy and more of a metaphor, we will find references to (at least one flavor of) the "IR" cuckolding adult lifestyle. If supernatural power is an analogy for sexual prowess... Ray, the guy without superpowers, translates into the "inferior 'beta' white boy" hubby. Mary, his blonde and blue-eyed white wife, translates to his "superior" or Dom when it comes to their family as they are clearly living a female led relatioinship with Ray taking care of the household and kid and Mary having the more reputed profession as a heroine who "saves the world", also raising the need for Ray to adapt to his wife's schedule. Also she has the higher sexual capacity (see, superpower) as compared to Ray. John, who also has superpowers, translates into the "superior 'alpha' Black 'bull'", dark skinned, tall, strong and muscled - very much the opposite of Ray.

Just a few thoughts - and perhaps a completely new take on how to watch or interprete this movie.
