The choice is unfortunately too binary and lacks intermediate options. I find tattoos that are small in size, well placed, and in small quantities to be very attractive. On the other hand, when the tattoos cover the whole body, in size or in quantity, that repels me enormously. I don't even count the number of porn actresses I ignore because of their grotesque and excessive tattoos.

I have no tattoos but I love sleeved tattoos with lots of colour. Unfortunately tattoos are pretty permanent and as you age the skin loses elasticity and your once awesome tattoo is no longer.

I like them on others and find them interesting to look at. Especially if they are either masterfully done or the exact opposite. I once meet a guy who had a nutella jar tattooed on his arm simply because he likes it and eats it everyday. he was not the brightest person but very friendly and because of the tattoo I will remember him.

However I don't like them on myself since we go through different phases in life and change the way how we cloth and present ourself the tattoo stays always the same and I simply know I wouldn't like most motives I like now when I am more mature.
