Well we’ve known him a long time and he has a preference for thick white women so it just seems like a slam dunk to me.

Good one, really. Is he trustworthy? Is he able to keep a secret, should the case be he is not interested after you have already opened up about your fetish? I would say keep it at dinner and pick his brain as much as you can. Maybe the second date is when you should make your move based on the discoveries made.

Well we’re kinda “celebrating” something and it reconnected us.
Just an FYI, this is also very useful information for those of us trying to make this happen, great advice. We like the picking of the brain one, can't look to desperate on this date if anything build a second date, that would be our goal and even than I'm sure playing it safe with interest and surrounding atmosphere is key.
