Sadly, Las Vegas isn't what it once was. I live in Arizona now.
But you can still have a good time if you set something up in advance.

Not specifically interracial but there were always a few Black men there. A very nice couple ran the place, very clean.
I've been told the best thing to do is to simply visit the nightclubs, preferably one in the hotel you are staying at (convenient).
The "adult" venues in the city are largely scams and not necessarily safe.
