Cuck fun...just part time fun or fulltime hardcore?

We would love for it to be more of a lifestyle, but alas, life happens and we don’t get to play that often. We talk a good bit about it and listen to podcasts and discuss what we like about them. At the same time, I think we try to guard against building the next date up in our imagination something that is unrealistic if that makes sense.
Some on here make it sound like the wife is getting fucked seven nights a week by seven different BBC lovers while hubby stays home and does household chores.
We do enjoy sex fun with a guy we know but it dosent consume our lives. There's been plenty of times we or he had to cancel, yea it's disappointing but it's not a big deal. It's just like inviting (regular) friends over for dinner but they cancel just hours before. Things happen.
We have a great sex life but we can go days between if that how it works out. There's been times we have sex three times in a day.
When we do have our friend over it's usually on a Friday. A few hours of good sex then he leaves. Wife is horny as fuck for days after so we do have a lot of sex. But there's been times we have a great Friday night with him but we're busy on Saturday so no sex. It's all good.
This is just some extra we include in our sex life. I'm sure other couples have something they do to spice things up.
