I am a 22yo undergrad at UTD and considering moving out of my apartment, subleasing or finding a new spot to stay at for this upcoming fall semester (and possibly beyond. I will be staying in Dallas for the foreseeable future). Preferably in North DFW as I travel to campus via bus. I work part time at my campus and can help with the rent and wife/gf if things go that way. Respectful, honest and clean, not many belongings. Know a little about a lot.
