I practice often as well, every day now, to become better. It certainly works because I have improved my deep throating skill. I didn't believe that I would be able to pass the gag reaction but perseverance paid off and I actually enjoy the feel of my Black dildo at the back of my throat. I have recently succeeded in swallowing a 7" black dildo down to the base and it opened up my throat. I really enjoyed the sensation it gave me have now got myself a 9" version which is also thicker. I have been trying this one for a couple of weeks but have only managed 5 1/2" with this because of the extra girth. I will keep training my mouth and throat to gradually accept more until I am able to swallow the whole 9" into my throat
