I appreciate the aesthetics. I've been watching since the beginning. The beginning was crazy and they had some of the best models. I used to be a Blacked.com fan for the first 3 years and found the camerawork and models exceptional and brought the industry to a new level with decent acting and new story lines. More than anything I loved the models but things have changed. Gone are my favorite models who are now mostly with other studios or small presence on OnlyFans. I do agree that BLACKED has gone downhill. It started when Greg Lansky left the adult entertainment business.

There's some good ladies featured on BLACKED these days (Blake Blossom, SlimThick Vic, Jia Lissa and Kay Lovely for example) but most of them don't hold a candle against the ladies from 2014-2018 BLACKED. Most of them aren't appealing (everyone looking trashy, looking the same or the many tattoos) and boring performances.
Compared to the older actresses that looked appealing and were good performers. Look at Karla Kush, compared to the new girls, she stands out and generally looks appealing. Maybe because she looked like a normal woman and was good in her scenes. I don't know why they can't find better girls, did the talent recruitment change when Lansky left?

And the younger ladies looked innocent or gorgeous like Alli Rae.

The male actors aren't to be let off the hook though. Most of the current ones suck. They have terrible chemistry with the female co-stars, no charisma, always mediocre and sometimes look like they're hurting the women (Anton Harden instantly comes to mind). In the early days, the black men could bring out the best out of inexperienced or subpar white women and make a good scene. Jason Brown, Flash Brown, Prince Yahshua, Jason Luv and Rob Piper could all do that. Jax Slayher may be the one if the only good ones in the post Lansky era.

I need to quickly mention two things I forgot about. Firstly, MILFs. We need more MILFs on BLACKED, don't just rely on Brandi Love who's past her prime.
Also, pair the MILFs up with men around their age or younger men.
I know I mentioned Brandi being past her prime, but when she did her first ever IR scene, it was worth the long wait. Her and Joss Lescaf connected and looked so well together. They were eating other's faces with those kisses.

Secondly, the story. Not one story plot from modern BLACKED stands out in my mind. It's either recycled plots or forgettable. Maybe the fact that they don't mention race anymore might be a problem, but that shouldn't be an excuse, especially when some of great BLACKED scenes have little to mention of race. And also, yes, some of the best BLACKED scenes didn't even have a story plot. Which is true, but that was when BLACKED was still experimenting (look at Dakota James' first BLACKED scene. The few minutes was like a Dogfart scene) and the sex was at its best. So much so, those scenes didn't even need a story (Dani Daniels and Anikka Albrite).
One storyline that springs to mind is Angela White's noisy neighbour scene with Jason Brown. She's trying to relax, noisy Jason pisses her off, she threatens to call the police only to be welcomed into Jason's house and seduced by him.

Almost every video is mediocre, no matter who's in them. SlimThick Vic (Vic Marie) who's one of the best of the new girls, has a new BLACKED scene coming out but someone on the BLACKED subreddit pretty much expressed no excitement due to every scene being boring these days.
