"Bimbofication" is an expensive investment. I see ladies in wealthy areas of London doing this for fashion, middle class women perhaps, and some students who do some escorting to finance high quality surgery. Other than that, it's celebs and especially swags, soccer wives, the same as in the USA with football and other well paid sport professions. And again, it's ladies whose partners are huge black guys.
