In the evening, after 10pm, head down towards Palm Beach (where the high rise hotels are). Near Senor Frogs is a small dance club/bar called "Gusto" something. Run by Dutch people. Working girls are around, and so are local guys. Popular tourist spot, so it's easy to meet people that you might never cross paths with again.
