Pookah, this is really poor qaulity. The file size is only 124MB. The datarate is only 337 KBPS. Videos that are under 1k KBPS are generally poor quality. More than 80% of the original quality is gone for good. There is no way to get back more than a 5%. I did a test run on this video and I think it is a waste of time (at least for now). Hopefully a better source will pop up somewhere. I rather work on videos that are easier to upscale. So maybe on a rainy day I might upscale this. It just won't be so great.
