The Friday after Thanksgiving is commonly known as "Black Friday". It's not an official holiday, it's just a day in which retailers sell their products/services at a reduced price for the upcoming Christmas holiday.

I've taken the concept and flipped it. Rather than create a new thread, I've decided to post pictures of Black women on threads I created already. The pics I post will keep with the general them of each post.

In an effort to keep the pictures as amateur/artistic as possible, I have two requests:

  • No Pictures With Websites - I'm not into free promotion.
  • No Pornstars - Unless it's appears amateur. I suggest you create a thread dedicated to them. I guarantee it will be popular.

You bring up a great point Jumbobag. While the name "amateur" is not in the title of any of my posts, it IS the underlying theme of my threads. I attempt to provide members with the most amateur pictures available. I'm definitely happy to know members take interest in the threads and want to contribute pictures. You are 1000%!! right! Amateur is much more intriguing and exciting!
In my opinion, amateur is more provocative because it's the everyday person. That makes it authentic. Professional, on the other hand, have a team of people to make the picture better. They have a person to do their hair, another to do their make-up, a person to provide lightning, and at the end of the day the photo is still airbrush to perfection. I don't want all of that. That person doesn't seem accessible to me.

There was a point in time when female members use to contribute photos to my threads. Now that doesn't seem to be the case. I think they contributed in the past because many of the pictures posted were amateur. If I were to think from the perspective of a woman, I would be more likely to add a picture of myself to a thread that had regular looking women than to a thread full of model/pornstars. How can she compete with that?

While I've hinted at my feelings in the past, I no longer bother. At the end of the day it's all for fun. I feel like some people may consider me snobbish. As you are aware, I sent an e-mail to a member in regards to his pictures and he took offense. The great irony is that he's one of the few people that contributes amateur pictures consistently. I actually enjoy and appreciate his pictures. Unfortunately, he misinterpreted my e-mail, got upset and created a thread basically saying I asked him to stop posting pictures of his wife, calling my computer slow, and creating a poll asking if I, along with others, were douche bags (which you voted yes, lol. It's all good though).

Now, I just fall back. I only want to provide amateur pictures of good quality. Once insults and name calling start to occur, it takes away from the fun of things.

All in all, I would love it if people contributed amateur pictures, but I realize that may not always happen.

Good response IRL, you, Roy, Dsoul, Desparate Al, Notsomeangene, and others do an outstanding job in the time and attention needed to post the pics..Most of us live vicariously thru your efforts and appreciate what you guys do. Those of us who follow the threads can understand the difficulty getting amateur ladies to post their pics with you. The amateurs who do, are not worried about the opinions of their community. They just enjoy showing their assets and are adult and mature enough to know that the the Brothers of Beta Beta Chi are welcome recipients. Drive On..OSP25
