Just my opinion, it was in poor taste. The image may not have violated the letter of the law as the female was attired in an "LBD", but it violated the spirit of the law in that it wasn't the kind of candid or erotic picture that you would expect to find on a forum such as this.
As an aside, there are probably millions of images of women wearing an LBD on the internet, I'm sure that a more appropriate image could have been found.
