That always used to rank very high (1st or 2nd) simply because it is very popular with both male and female audiences. Well, in the end it's more about relative movements, i guess. If one term drops past the next lower one, that term is automatically moved one rank up (as they simply switch place). So with "lesbian" and "milf" combined falling back 3 ranks, "japanese" is 3 ranks up already. But in the end the upper field is all very close together anyway.
Plus, there are probably more people who know how to spell "milf", "lesbian" or "japanese" correctly than people who know how to spell "interacial".
On the other hand they're using blacklists and word replacements on those sites, so some search terms will never show up in their statistics, no matter how often they've been entered.
i have to admit i am not that familiar with PornHub per se but i use xHamster "quite a bit" and know they do.Also search suggestions have an influence. Just imagine someone starting to type "interracial" and the first suggestions coming up are "international" and "interview".
Same as with "bbc" and "bbw". Very annoying! But what do we expect? People do not know how to spell words correctly anyway. Just see how they spell "joy" for reference!
