Thanks for the recommendation. I plan on paying cash for a condo 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a nice balcony w a view. Can you link any listings from 300k to 500k euros. Most likely 500k for the golden visa.

For that price range you should be able to find a place in a decent area...Check out Idealista...pretty good site that will give you an idea of what the prices are at...Boa Sorte!
