My guess is just approaching a couple that you find interesting and hitting them up isn't going to go anywhere. Being realistic the average woman even if feeling super sexy and in Vegas is going to be less than receptive to a random guy propositioning her when she's with her husband.
So it's interesting to hear from somebody who actually has a track record of success with this, on what to look for and where to go to maximize your chances of success.

How? Start by being together. Make eye contact at a glance then when close enough 5-10 feet start small talk about the casino you’re in. Being from the area say if you like this casino and mention others you like. Be relaxed and funny. If nothing then move on. Don’t expect an immediate connection. If the small talk continues and you have the funds offer them a *******. No strings attached of course but if you want the chance to see you’re going to try this approach many times without success but in time you’ll learn and keep in mind many would like the chance but even many you’re only about 1 in 10-20 couples. And then with those maybe another 1 in 10 you’ll be successful. It not great odds but far better than winning money at the casino!

You've actually had success with this, on the Bulls end, or is this theoretical?
Certain venues better than others? Casino floor, bar, nightclub, the pool?
Some vibe or look the couples came off to keep an eye out for?

Speaking from the perspective of the couple (us). That would work for us. We would’ve been interested with that approach. Casino floor, bar etc. Doesn’t matter where but any fun environment where small talk could be made.
Well, I guess a lot would depend on the personality / looks of the Bull. Some people just have a great mix of charisma which allows them to easily approach others and engage them in conversation.
Be interested in hearing from somebody who successfully has pulled this off at least one time

Haha was going to say - best bet is probably to look for a couple where the wife is dressed in extra slutty / revealing clothing. Beyond that, it's probably similar to trying to pick up a single lady, you just have to try to gauge who looks receptive and move on to the next quickly if they don't seem receptive so you have more chances per night to roll the dice and play the odds until you find the right couple.
That or just try to connect online as suggested above.
