It's funny, I guess in some circles, depending on time posted and intent, they call it revenge porn, etc. I've seen so many pics of my previous party girlfriends and our parties (go to spankbang, it's free, find my profile, beach4black, see ,my videos, I didn't film it but I'm actually in it) that we take it as badge of honor. Yes I have because people cant respect the wishes of not re posting and its bothersome. If you want someone to stop posting- take thier pictures and post them outside of the place the are. Boom they are gone. I have in the past prosecuted people for doing exactly that on the old Tumbler and on Reditt.

Doesn't have to be any publicity about it. If someone is making public your pictures (or wife) without permission they are legally liable. If you tell them to remove the posting there is no publicity about it.
