I don't know exactly where you both will be staying.
I stayed in varadero at a resort. It's a pretty chill beach town and you'll see plenty of dark skinned Cubans around the island.
Just be prepared to add seasoning to your food cause the Cubans tend to lack in that department unfortunately.
If you both plan on staying at a resort I don't doubt that the wifey will get hit on by the male resort workers or the life guards on the beach.
I don't know what it is about you Canadian women when y'all are on vacation but I've never met so upfront and bold.
When I was there 2 years ago I had a French Canadian woman straight up ask me is it true what they say about black men? Then when I told her I was at the resort with my girl friend she shrugged it off and told me her room number & to meet her there in a few minutes.
Another more mature Canadian woman while we were socializing drinking she mentioned to my ex how handsome I was. Then told her if she was 15 years younger she'd take me from my ex.
You'll have fun just flirt with the Cuban resort employees.
