Not really sure where they are located, but I think some of the adult books stores and adult theaters in Houston have them.
I’ve heard Smoochies has some, I haven’t been though. I’ve been to some private parties with gloryholes though:

We can attest to 24hr adult book store. We’ve gone so many times. There’s a couple room just for all the couples to play with each other or there’s the general lounge where you can play and everyone can see. There are also private viewing booths. Every time we’ve gone the wife’s been gangbanged
