Getting verified is all the rage around here. I see after posting some things or sending messages, they cannot be deleted. Discretion is important for several reasons.

Getting verified definitely helps.
And, there is no requirement to show your face or any distinguishing characteristics.
Discretion falls under 'personal responsibility'
