Sorry to hear it has ‘t gone as planned for you all. Many times the locals (us) don’t get hotel rooms on short notice meetings. Many times those of you whom are coming to the area would have a place set up or be willing to meet out at a local establishment ahead of time. Other than that hope your trip was a good one
