If it is for the fun of sharing, interaction with "fans" and the feedback and compliments you'll get, of course! If you expect to make money off it, i would not do it. 
It can be modestly profitable with just a little effort and pretty impressively profitable if you seriously focus on it. Do not think that just because she has tits and a pussy it will go to the moon. It won't so you need a niche.
If you do start a page, do it for fun and excitement first. See if you enjoy the time it takes to shoot, edit, post, promote, respond to followers, etc.

We have been toying with the idea of staring one. Our problem is we don’t play with others a lot so we wouldn’t be dropping new content all the time. Thinking probably the best was to do it would be a free onlyfans and then charge per video.
If you really start one with the idea of making money with it, you should be prepared for alot of work actually.
Or collect as many videos you can do (record/edit/etc.) meanwhile and postpone the launch. Start it only when you already have enough material to post and add one or two of the existing videos each week.
Or post shorts with wife and hubby in times you don't play with other partners.
Or find other contributors in your situation and create an account as a group.
