We love both but prefer hotel parties for a couple of reasons. We usually have to get a room anyway Also if the party is to crowded or something we can always go back to our room and still get to play.

we like hotel parties .We get a room and we invite a few guys back ,have a exciting evening .The next day we check out with some wonderful memories nobody knows .

Managing properties for several well to do clients I had access to lots of hideaway houses and lofts. While I enjoyed entertaining in a closed environment, it did create lots of headaches. Traffic, all of a sudden lots of cars show up on a street/road where there is little to no traffic. Noise, you gotta have music. Clean up was expensive. I usually hired someone to come in and professionally clean. On the other hand at a hotel you had to find one that allowed us to party freely, catered food and *******, the hotel had to keep uninvited curiosity seekers off your floor. The next day was great, you just checked out, tipped the hotel staff and were gone.
