Speaking as a trans woman I can tell you transitioning is NO JOKE! It takes a lot of strength, courage, determination and mental and emotional fortitude to do it! There will be a lot of pain, mental and possibly physical, you can potentially loose friends and family not to mention the fact that your becoming a potential target of hate, discrimination and violence for being trans. If you truly are trans and not just fetishizing transitioning and being trans then I can tell you that yes it is worth all that to be your true self! Being trans is a hard life so I’m just telling you do not go into transitioning lightly!!! It’s something you do ONLY if your ready for a very rough and long road ahead and are ready to put your whole mind, body and soul into.
