i have known some women who have gone to "the Ranch" and they really enjoyed themselves. Honestly we've been going to MC intermittently (couple times a year) for 20 yrs. However, from Nov. 2020 till Nov. 2021, we went monthly, we're taking a break from going for the moment. The last year, we've been going to matinee visits, fewer couples, more single guys, less aggressive single guys. I'd say of 12 visits, there have been other couples there 8 times, sometimes it was only one couple, other times it was 3 or 4, but normally there is 4 to 6 single guys, there are a couple of single guys who almost always seem to be there during the day, one is a total dimwit creep that has ruined things twice. I've been trying to get her to push her boundaries, and I'm surprised that in the last year she's gone pretty far playing with other guys, twice she's been willing to have sex with another guy, the one time neither he nor us had a condom, the other time there were too many other people present (she's said that she is more willing if it's just us and the guy in the pool/hot tub area, or if we get a room) and there were no rooms available for only a one hour window of time (if you go during the matinee, you need to get the room for the entire 5 hours). In a couple months we'll start going back.
When you were going regularly...what type of couples were you running into? Couples into interracial sex, or into other couples? Is the place clean?
The place is clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, the pool and hot tubs are cleaned, the hot tubs could use some updates, hopefully they do it soon, the one hot tub is probably 30 yrs old, (it's actually built in, it needs a total refresh), the other is about 10 years old. The whole place could use an update, but it's not really an issue. There are two play beds (queen size mattresses) that sometimes get used a lot, but they do change the sheets, one thing we've learned is to bring our own towels, it's cheaper, and they are better. The couples we've encountered are all varied, it depends on how friendly you are, the less the creep factor, the more receptive couples generally are, the key thing to remember is NO MEANS NO. We've encountered couples who didn't want to play with a single, but would be friendly, and we've met couples who are receptive to any advance, as long as the rules are followed. Most people will be quick to let you know if they aren't into a single guy and only looking for another couple. A few times we've gone, there have been two couples that are there together playing, they might be ok with you watching, but will be quick to let someone not part of them know they aren't interested.
There is a distinct difference between daytime people and night time, as well as rules too. As a single guy, if you go at night, you have to get a room (Fri, Sat., Sun book up 3 weeks in advance, week nights it's hard to say), during the day it's $50 for a pool/hot tub pass. We stopped going at night, in part because it's always very crowded, but the single guys at night tend to be more aggressive, and sometimes creepier. Whereas, we've found during the day, most of the guys are a lot nicer, sometimes almost shy/timid, on one occasion were got there about 11:30, left at 4, there were maybe 7 single guys there, 3 of them spent the whole time dressed sitting in lounge chairs watching porn playing on the walls, or checking their phones, there was one guy who spent the whole time randomly jacking off. The other 3 would spend a little time in the pool, then the hot tub, then sit wrapped in a towel, we were the only couple, my wife kinda laughed no one came near us. A couple of times, I had to motion or encourage other guys to approach my wife about playing, and then I'd leave it up to her if she wanted to play.

Mon Chalet is horrible, Ranch is by far the best. There is local fetish club in Springs. Kasadie is primary site for Colorado.
