My feeling are if you have a cock you are a male. If you have added enhanced breasts to your body and have a cocktail you are still a male. If you have cut your cock off and turned it into a pussy you are a transitional male. I don’t think you can make a man a female no matter how hard you try. Male/female refer to sexual identity. Man/woman/nonbinary refer to gender identity. They're not the same thing. People in Western cultures, however, treat them like the same thing because they're used to their cultures being cis-normative.
