I can't speak for Nashville, never lived there...but I know some big cities have small boutique movie theaters (like the Buford Twin in metro Atlanta) that are really spots where singles and couples go for random sex. Even in places like Atlanta, I would suspect a majority of the gloryhole places are gay guys sucking cock.
