@Varona Sure, eat like a kid and don't say no to anything. There is strange epidemic of pure vegans getting cancer because health conscious people eat to 'avoid cancers' so in the process, they feed the fear. Now it is known to you that 70% diet's made in the kitchen but for 30%, burning calories is a must- pursue traditional activities such as brisk walks (morning), yoga (late evening) and give body some rest. Health is long term investment, people wreck it and miss out the fun
