Jamaica or Dominican

We are planning a vacation. We've done the Hedo-type thing, not interested. We want class / clean / great food / spectacular beach / and the attention of handsome, well hung black men. We're not sure we need the all inclusive Sandels-type scene but we're not against it - as long as we can get all of the above.

Anyone have any info that might steer us in the right direction? We don't mind spending a few bucks - its the overall pleasure that interests us.

Hope so will be there for the first time..stayed at 2 other places the last time we were there..
