For me, there's plenty of reasons why I'm attracted to white women, at the same time those reasons, in the long run, don't matter much.
Its got nothing to do with colour, shape or size. Its just the way it is. That there's things one can't always apply a finger to and say: 'This is the way things are'. In the end, reasons don't seem to matter at all.

I'd say brunettes with blue eyes. Not sure when the preference for white women started. There are many complex explanations, but i feel that you can spend too much time over rationalising something. As Dsoul says some things you just have to lie back and enjoy. 
For me it was at university when my preference 'intensified'. Perhaps because there were so many here in the UK. At UK universities white middle class women outnumber guys of all kinds by 2 to 1. I actually don't prefer White women, but I am attracted to them. That being said, I find a lot of beauty in many women, regardless of their race. I can't say I have a particular type of White woman I like. Looks are definitely a factor, but confidence and personality are right up there too.
