You want to upload the AVI or upload an image taken from it? Just use the UPLOAD A FILE button next to the Post Reply button. You can add images and movies and decide if you want the image to be a thumbnail size or a full size images. The video will upload when you hit POST REPLY.

This site lets you attach files but it does not make image previews automatically from video clips for you if you attach them to upload.

100MB limit to the size I think. Convert it into a smaller file is needed.
