It may not, depending on the reasons you are experiencing it and where it is.

Often it is due to the fit of the capture ring, the width of the ring, improper device size or sometimes just the style of device.
Also, do you shave or remove the hair in some other fashion or just trim it?
Do you use any type of lubricant or lotion where you chaff?
What style device do you wear?

Cb6000 yes I shave. I get the chafing under the scrotum. I wake up at like 3am and put a bag of frozen peas on there to cool the pain lol

Try using baby oil under the rings by the scrotum. Or, switch to a birdlock. I switched to a birdlock last year, and that helped.

Well as someone who is cut off they do get bigger but I get a ruined orgasm or handjob at least once every two weeks so I haven't gotten too full.
