White guys, how did you approach your woman about your fantasy?

For me, it took a lot of courage, I think I kind of eased into it by joking around, then i finally asked her if she wanted to bring a 3rd person into the bedroom, and then finally got to the fact that I'd like him to be black. After about 3 years of my wife wantint to do it, then not wanting to do it, She has finally decided she will try it at least once.
