You take your head & face (or anyone's ) and put it on a porn pic showing you getting gangbanged or dping. It's just a characture type pic to have fun with ... some people (myself included) love these, particularly on celebrities or important people.

EXAMPLE: Emma Watson of the Harry Potter movies ... don't you think Emma is HOT with no clothes on?
