The image itself isn't fake, I have seen a few more of the set, the context that's given for the image may be fake.

Take it to the OneClickChicks forum. I can't give you the link, here; not allowed. But its a strictly video & photo forum for identifying & finding photo sets. The membership is free (last time I used it) and it is a trust worthy site. Just post the photo and ask the forum to identify it. That photo has been around a while along with a few others of that lady ... shouldn't have too much trouble.
