What is the best US city for white ladies to find BBC?

I have conversations all the time with ladies from the US and from other countries. Many want to move to a US city where they will have the most black men to chose from for romance. I heard from a lady from Germany that her co-worker flew to Atlanta and found a black man at a club and spent 3 days with him having sex fun.
